  5. Delivered: Your shipment has been successfully delivered.

  7. Exception: There may be issues such as the shipment being returned to sender, damaged, or lost.
  8. Expired: No tracking updates have been recorded for 30 days for express service or 60 days for postal service. This could occur due to various reasons. Please ensure to reach out to your local post office or logistics provider before this point. Refusal to pick up due to customs tax or changed of mind will not be accepted, and if the package is sent back to us under these circumstances, you will be responsible for 100% reshipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
